This FAQ topic is applicable for visitors who bought tickets via Paylogic, not for Global Journey visitors.
The Exchange Desk was open until April 30th 2022, 12:00 CEST. It is no longer possible to register your Tomorrowland Ticket on the Exchange Desk due to the preparation of shipping the Tomorrowland Bracelets.
Tickets registered on the Exchange Desk will be offered for sale via the Waiting List. Please be aware that registering your ticket on the Exchange Desk does not guarantee that someone will buy your ticket.
In case your ticket is sold, you will be informed by email. You can receive this email until one week before the event. If you have received the email, it can take 4 to 6 weeks to receive your refund. A € 5 ticket refund fee per ticket will be deducted from your refund.
Note: Registering your tickets on the Exchange Desk is final and cannot be undone.
