At this moment, the Exchange Desk is closed. More information about the Exchange Desk will be available mid June 2021.
Registration at the Exchange Desk does not guarantee a refund. Once your ticket has been sold through the Waiting List, you will be contacted by email. You can receive an email one week before the event. If you have received the email, it can take up to 4 weeks to receive a refund.
You pay a 5 euro ticket refund fee per ticket.
Please be aware Global Journey Packages and tickets bought via an official Tomorrowland Travel Partner cannot be exchanged.
