This FAQ topic is applicable for visitors who bought tickets via Paylogic, not for Global Journey visitors.
If you are unable to attend the 2022 event, Tomorrowland offers you the following options:
- Usually, the personalization of the tickets is final. Exceptionally we will re-open personalizationbeginning 2022for the duration of one week. In case you would like to do a name change, this will be possible in the Main Buyer’s Tomorrowland account at that point. More info will be available at the beginning of 2022.
- Exchange desk: for the moment, the Exchange desk is closed. More information about the Exchange desk will be availableby the end of 2021. Tickets registered through the Exchange Desk will be offered for sale via a Waiting List. Exact dates will be given on our website at a later stage. Please be aware that registering your ticket on the Exchange Desk does not guarantee that someone will buy your ticket.
- If those two options above do not suit you and if you can prove you are unable to attend the event in 2022for a serious and valid reason, you can apply for a refund or request to transfer your tickets to 2023by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of a refund, we will refund you the price of your ticket within one month of receiving your refund request and proof of why you cannot attend (e.g., attendance at a wedding, sickness, professional obligations, etc.). We are not currently accepting travel bans as a reason for refund as the dates of the festival are still too far in the future to assess this properly. We can reconsider this at a later stage.
