The official check-in time at your hotel is 15h00. The hotel will try to check in as many people as possible before 12h00 CET. Please bring your official ID/passport and booking confirmation email to check in.

If you check in on Friday and your room isn’t ready before the shuttle leaves for Tomorrowland, you can leave your luggage at the hotel reception to collect it when you return from Tomorrowland.

Check-out: You have to check out before 11h00 CET.

If you purchase a Hotel Package, you will receive your Shuttle Bracelets at the Global Journey desk in the hotel.
