Global Journey Packages are refundable in accordance with the following cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation before February 17, 2025: 80% of the total package price will be refunded;
• Cancellation before March 17, 2025: 50% of the total package price will be refunded;
• Cancellation before May 31, 2025: 30% of the total package price will be refunded;
• Cancellation after May 31, 2025: no refund will be provided.

Make sure to check your package very carefully. Changes of certain elements of your package such as transportation, accommodation and/or type of Tomorrowland Pass will not be possible after reservation and booking.

The cancellation request can be submitted in writing to the following form here and must include the full name and e-mail address of the Main Buyer, date of purchase, and order number. Requests will be reviewed, processed, and responded to within 40 days.
