Global Journey Packages are refundable in accordance with the following cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation until and including February 16, 2026, 23:59 CET: 80% of the total package price will be refunded;
• Cancellation until and including March 16, 2026, 23:59 CET: 50% of the total package price will be refunded;
• Cancellation until and including May 31, 2026, 23:59 CEST: 30% of the total package price will be refunded;
• Cancellation after May 31, 2026, 23:59 CEST: no refund will be provided.

You acknowledge that the non-refundable part of the package price shall constitute a reasonable cancellation fee.

Make sure to check your package very carefully. Changes of certain elements of your package such as transportation, accommodation and/or type of Tomorrowland Pass will not be possible after reservation and booking.

The cancellation request can be submitted in writing to info@globaljourney.com and must include full name and e-mail address of the Main Buyer, date of purchase and order number.
