This FAQ topic is applicable for visitors who bought tickets via Paylogic, not for Global Journey visitors.
Tickets can be offered for sale on the Exchange Desk in the Main Buyer's Tomorrowland Account as of February 4, 2025.
Tickets registered on the Exchange Desk will be offered for sale via the Waiting List. Please be aware that registering your ticket on the Exchange Desk does not guarantee that someone will buy your ticket.
In case your ticket is sold, you will be informed by email. You can receive this email until one week before the event. If you have received the email, it can take 4 to 6 weeks to receive your refund. A €10 ticket refund fee per ticket will be deducted from your refund.
Note: Putting your tickets on the Exchange desk is final and can't be undone.
