There is no need to worry as you will be able to collect your Tomorrowland Bracelet at the Bracelet Pick-Up Desk when you arrive at the festival or DreamVille. You will find the Bracelet Pick-Up Desk at DreamVille entrance 1 or the Tomorrowland Main Entrance. With your confirmation E-ticket and a valid photo-ID you can receive your Tomorrowland Bracelet and will be able to enter the festival.

Once you have picked up your Bracelet, we advise you to take a picture of the numbers on the back of your Bracelet or register your Bracelet in your Tomorrowland Account to be able to ask for a refund after the festival or in case you lose your Bracelet. You must fill out a manual refund form on the website before August 13, 2026 - 23:59 CEST for your unspent Pearls.
