The manual refund form is available in your Tomorrowland Account under the tab "My Bracelet" until August 14, 2024 - 23:59 CEST.   

• For Weekend 1, the manual refund form is available between July 23 and August 14, 2024 - 23:59 CEST.
• For Weekend 2, the manual refund form is available between July 30 and August 14, 2024 - 23:59 CEST.

After August 14th, it is no longer possible to request a refund. 

Please note that you are responsible to provide Tomorrowland with the correct information.
