If your current balance does not exceed the amount you topped up before coming to the festival, you do not need to take any steps. Your unspent Pearls will be refunded automatically.

If your current balance is higher than what you topped up before the festival you will have to request a manual refund for the amount that is left after your automatic refund. Please follow the instructions in your Tomorrowland Account.

Deadline Manual refund request: August 14, 2026 – 23:59 CET. After August 14, 2026 it is no longer possible to request a refund.
